Greek Salad Dressing

  1. Add the ingredients: place all the ingredients in a jar with a tight lid.

  2. Shake it: seal the jar and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until the mixture emulsifies and becomes creamy.

  3. Serve and keep: Pour over your favorite salad or use as a dip with fresh bread. Keep any leftovers in the refrigerator until a few days. Shake well before each use.
