This juice recipe is one of my latest employees. I do it in bulk and keep the essence in the refrigerator. So I can dilute it with water and have it every time I need it.
On the Amla juice
Amla’s juice is also known as spine grapes or nellikai. It is also considered a detoxifying drink or a super drink. AMLA Shots is what it is popularly known for. This drink in the grip has proven useful for hair, skin and body.
Amla has a lot of immunity and vitamins, which is naturally good for the body. So this thorn grape juice or amla shots is not only delicious but so good for you.

Ingredients for spine grape juice


Spina / amla / nellikai grapes – Choose Stypt Fresh Geoseberry to do this juice. The medium -grandy spine grape is preferred in this juice, since it is less bitter.
Green chilli – Although this is optional, adds a kick to the juice. But you can skip this if you prefer.
Curry leaves – Get in many curry leaves when it grinds this juice. Not only adds iron content to the juice, but makes the Green Amla juice.
Ginger – Ginger helps with the digestion and flavor of the juice.
Sugar – Honey can be used instead of sugar. Sometimes I do the juice entirely with salt and jump the sugar. You can refer to the video for that version.
Salt – A pinch of salt improves the sweetness of the juice.
Cumin powder – The roasted cumin powder adds a terrroso flavor to the juice.
Lemon – You can add or skip the lemon juice. But lemon improves taste.

- Green chilli can be skipped if you don’t prefer La Spezia.
Warehouse
You can keep this essence in the refrigerator in an air bottle for a week or you can freeze them in individual cubes in a tray for ice cubes and keep them in a ziploc bag for a maximum of 3 months.
