Make some time do some time, but they are worth it. We used them in a simple lettuce envelope, but they can also be fantastic in a hamburger or tortilla envelope. The meatballs are deliciously spiced, with the right amount of sweetness with sweet potatoes. The assembled lettuce compresses are fresh, crunchy and juicy.
