Las Vegas – What started as a grid and a passion for fire has become an electric brand in the world of barbecue. In addition to the creation of recipes, Vanover has left its mark as a competitive pitmaster, winning multiple state championships and earning a world ranking of five best briskets in 2022. It is also a BBQ judge of the Certified World Championship and an organizer of the competition for the Kansas City Barbaque Society, where it is part of the Committee for the organizer of the Board of Directors.
The experience of Vanover barbecue was presented on national television when it appeared as a competitor of Food Network’s Bbq brawlcompeting together with some of the largest names in the sector.
