These Matcha Yogurt clusters are much lighter than traditional but incredibly satisfactory ice cream. There is the beautiful combination of rich flavor of green tea and walnuts wrapped in a decadent chocolate shell. Once dead, you will be enthusiastic about the contrast of the creamy filling and the crunchy layer of chocolate!
All you need is to mix the ingredients in a bowl, freezing for the set and cover with melted chocolate. They are a delicious dessert so easy that it absolutely does not require cooking.

How to make Yogurt Pecan Matcha Yogurt Clusters
1. Take the filling. Mix the yogurt, honey, match and pecan walnuts in a bowl.
2. Freeze. Assign a large plate with parchment paper. Then download parts of 3 tablespoons on the parchment paper and freeze for 45 minutes or until they are solid.
3. Slide the chocolate. Put the chocolate chips in a small microwave bowl. Microwave to dissolve with increases of 20 seconds or melt in a double boiler on the hob.
4. Coat. Remove the clusters of yogurt frozen by the freezer. Immerse them each of them with melted chocolate, covering both sides. Sprinkle the shaky salt immediately after having immersed each of them before the chocolate is harden.




5. Freeze again. Remove on the same parchment card and freeze for another 10 minutes.




Faq
Matcha’s yogurt clusters are the best if eaten half frozen. You can freeze them for a maximum of 1 month, firmly covered. Defrost them at room temperature for 10-20 minutes or until it is soft enough to bite. If you need to stack them, place a parchment card between the layers to avoid attacking.
The maple syrup tends to be much more correct than honey, which could make it difficult to maintain yogurt clusters. I suggest using sugar to replace honey, or you can also omit the sweetener if preferred.

- 1 cup Sweetened Almond Milk Yogurt
- 2 spoons Honey sugar for vegan option
- 1½ teaspoon Matcha powder
- 3 spoons Crushed pecan walnuts
- 1 cup CIPS of Cioccia without Dairy I use the bitter sweet
- Shaking salt as optional topping
