Prepare the cabbage: Finely chop the cabbage.

- Save method: Wrap each slice well, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days. Reheat it in the microwave before eating.

- If you mix the batter and let it sit for a while, the cabbage will release water, so pop it in the oven as soon as you make the batter.
- If you want to make it even softer and denser, try adding 1 teaspoon of yeast to the dough.
