I’m tired of doing this cake large format, but after I made it small, in these trays which are larger than cake tins (more or less double) I no longer made the large one.

What lovely people!!! It was very soft, I don’t know why the dough made in smaller molds is so much softer, I think because it spends less time in the oven, I really don’t know, I just know that if I were you I would try to make this version too because it was incredible! !!
