We are all ready for the summer! Which means outdoor activities, sun and hamburger! I changed the game of vegetarian hamburgers with a usual black bean and herbs or chilli pepper meatballs to these fusion fusion peanuts and hamburgers of white beans seasoned with roasted pumpkin or sweet potatoes that are thrown into sweet and acidic and acid and sriracha. They are abundant, humid, they have layers of flavor!


As with most vegetarian burgers, these can be easily transformed into compresses or served in a bowl with vegetables and more than the dressing of Sriracha Streau Sriracha.
