One day you just have to curl yourself with a large giant bowl of all the things that make you want to immerse yourself in depth in the closet and custice the softer stretch trousers you have because things are about to get every sort of house. This pepper of smoked sausage with slow cooking is exactly what you want on that day. All comfort in a giant bowl – preferably on a Mac and super creamy super creamy super creamy cheese. Because those who do not like a little Mac and bonus cheese on the bottom of the bowl.

A quick and abundant recipe for perfect to launch the slow pot and prepared when you walk in the door with some simple ingredients and spicy sausage!
Prevent the screen from going to sleep
Prepare the vegetables

In a large microwave bowl, add the onions, the red peppers, the chilli powder, the vegetable oil, the cloves of garlic, cumin and oregano.

The microwave in 1 minute bursts for 5 minutes, until the onions are softened, mixing after every minute.
Add to a slow cooker

Add the broth and water to the slow pot. Mix the onions, beans and sausage.

In a small bowl, beat the soy sauce, brown sugar, chopped chipotle and liquid smoke.

Mix in the slow pot. Add the bay leaves and cook down for 9-11 hours.

Leave the chilli pepper for 5 minutes from the heat. Browse and need fat from the surface.

Filter 1 cup of beans cooked in a shallow dish and crush with a potato cruster.

Mix the beans crushed in the chilli pepper and leave to thicken 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
