Herbed Cheesy Bun Recipe

  • Heat oil and butter on a flat pan over medium heat.

  • When the butter begins to melt, add chopped vegetables and brown for a minute.

  • Add the ingredients such as tomato sauce, chilli sauce, pepper powder and salt. Save herbs and cheeses mixed for subsequent use.

  • Once the vegetables are cooked, let the skipped mixture cool.

  • After the dough has been projected for about an hour, make small gnocchi of lemon size.

  • Sprinkle with dry flour and roll the dumpling. Put the filling in the middle together with about a spoonful of grated gouda cheese. (You could choose any cheese you prefer).

  • Combine the edges and put together to form a dumpling by covering the cheese and filling the sides from all four sides.

  • Assign a pan with an aluminum sheet and get fat well with oil. Put the gnocchi on a tray and set aside for another hour.

  • Once the dough is increasing, preheat the Oven For 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius and cook the cheese sandwiches for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle the mixed herbs and cook for another 5 minutes.

  • Serve this herbal cheese sandwich with pepper pepper sauce or spicy Mexican sauce together with Masala Chai during one evening.
