- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon on the ground
- 1 teaspoon cumin (Earth)
- ½ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon Implice on the ground
- ¼ teaspoon cloves on the ground
- 2 Bay leaves
Condiments
- 1 yellow onion (diced)
- medium caddar cheese (finely chopped)
- 1 15 ounces can beans (optional)
- 1 pound Spaghetti di spaghetti (cooked)
How to prepare the Skyline chilli pepper
Know all the details of Skyline Chili, now it’s your turn. Follow these simple steps so you can enjoy this Ohio classic with the people you love:
- Brown the minced meat. Heat a large medium-high pot and add a little olive oil until it starts to shiny. Drop the ground meat and hit it with a spatula so that it breaks it. Leave it sitting and sizzles until a part becomes a little crust. Don’t hurry this part! A little golden takes a long way.
