🍳 Vegetable omelette @somospomario and Greek cheese🥕🥦:
– 1 tablespoon of olive oil
– 1 pack of brocolini cut into pieces of 1 cm
– 3 baby carrots cut into small slices
– 150g Muhro of crimes in sheets
– 50 g of pearl tomatoes (divided)
– 2 cups of spinach bogolota
– 4 eggs
– 3 tablespoons of Greek cheese @sanmartinlacteos
– salt and pepper to taste
– Extra Greek cheese as desired
– mustard sprouts
🥣 PREPARATION:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
2. In a pan, fry the brocolini, carrots and mushrooms in the oil until golden brown.
3. Add half of the pearl tomatoes and brown a couple of minutes, then add the spinach, add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, the 3 tiles of Greek cheese, salt and pepper to taste.
5. Remove 1/4 part of the vegetable mixture on a plate.
6. Pour the mixture of eggs into the pan and in the kitchen from 2 to 3 minutes without mixing. Once they are a little cooked, add the vegetables you removed at the top so that they look at the end.
7. Put a few teaspoons of Greek cheese scattered on the surface of the omelette and wear the pan in the oven.
8. Cook from 10 to 15 minutes, until the eggs are stopped.
9. Decorate with mustard outbreaks at the top and the rest of the pearl tomatoes and serve immediately.
