To start preparing the French potato salad recipe, prepare all the ingredients and keep ready.
To boil the potatoes for children, wash the potatoes well and place them in a pressure cooker together with ½ cup of water together with a teaspoon of salt.
Pressure cook the potatoes for children for 2 whistles and turn off the heat. Allow pressure to release in a natural way.
Once the potatoes are boiled, drain the excess water and let the potatoes cool.
