In this blog post, I will show you how to easily make Aam Ka Murabba. Aam Ka Murabba or Aam Ka Meetha Achar is a sweet and spicy reserve based on Acerbi Verdi Mango.
Aam Ka Murabba is really good with Paratha, Porori or Roti. (Passo-BY-Passo-Recipe-Video)
Information about AAM KA Murabba:
Aam Ka Murabba is made with mango and sugar, then spicy with a little cardamom powder, cinnamon and saffron sticks.
For this recipe mango and sugar, both are heated until they reach a consistency similar to a jam and a sweet sun reserve is obtained.
It is also an excellent addition to Chapatis while packed the Tiffin box. Murabba can also be served as a side dish with a northern India meal.
Murabba can also be served as a dessert, especially when you have a little sweetness and you don’t want to create a little.
This is the simplest recipe you can make this season. The only difficult part is to scratch sharp manghi. So I would suggest making a small lot.
I also prepared Aam Ka Chunda last week, in case you had lost it, you can control it here.

To correctly keep your AAM Ka Murabba and keep it fresh for months:
Store in a clean and dry glass jar with a narrow lid
Always use a dry spoon to avoid deterioration
