Since my husband loves meat very much and I wasn’t sure he would have liked this unique salad, I added a little chopped pig. You can also choose chopped chicken or even leave the meat, but it may be necessary to adjust the seasoning to taste.
The salad dressing is a unique combination of coconut milk, Thai chili pepper paste, fish sauce and fresh lime juice. The dressing makes the salad very refreshing and offers a perfect balance of flavors.

- 200 G BANANA BLOSSOM

- 1 TBSP fish sauce
- 10 G coriander chopped
- 30 G shallot thinly sliced

Fill a small saucepan with water, squeeze both lime and add their skins.
