I love preparing carrot taste desserts. They collect so much flavor, especially with my small favorite suggestion. The grated carrots are not enough. You really need grated carrots and carrot puree to bring things from good to outside the world. It is not difficult to make and adds flavor and unparalleled sweetness and humidity.
So, of course, just like in my recipe for carrot cake and these carrot cake cupcakes, I went on and used the carrot and carrot puree grated in this carrot cake loaf. I also added some heating spices chosen with care and the results were surprising. A wet and tender carrot cake (or carrot bread) who want for breakfast and desserts.
