Have you ever had those days when you really want to eat something delicious but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen? Well, yesterday was one of those days for me! Without knowing exactly what I would have done, I headed to the local food market and fresh prawns immediately attracted my attention.
My husband said he was really in the vein of fried noodles and, fortunately, our market always has fresh rice noodles available. These are the classic pads see EW Noodles, but if you have difficulty making them, you can try to prepare homemade noodles sen yai.
Inspired by my husband’s craving for the noodles, I decided to create this shrimp recipe: it was simply too delicious not to share!
This recipe includes a tasty fried sauce that is perfectly balanced. You can serve these noodles for the whole family, even children. I like to add a little chilli flakes for a little spices.
And as I said before, you can also add other proteins or opt for a mix of fish. For a variation of noodle, it is possible to use dry rice noodles such as those used in Thai pad or even rice vermicelli.

It is equipped with fried wide rice spaghetti with soy sauce, garlic and generally chicken or pork, together with Chinese broccoli. - 500 G Fresh rice noodles

- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 TBSP Rosdee condiment powder (see notes)
- 100 G Chinese broccoli approximately chopped
- 1/2 onion chopped

Lancies the fresh rice noodles with dark soy sauce in a bowl until they are completely covered.
Fresco 500 g rice noodles, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
