- 1 NOODLES BLACK PACKAGE GLORYLAND (9.9 Once)
- 3 spoons Low sodium tamari or gluten -free soy sauce
- ½ lime juice
- 1 table spoon Rice vinegar
- 1 table spoon maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon pepper bows (Rule for taste)
- 2 spoons avocado oil (or favorite kitchen oil)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 table spoon Fresh ginger chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 red pepper thinly sliced
- 1 cup Sugar snap peas finished
- 1 media carrot destroyed
- ½ cup kale thinly sliced
- ¼ cup green onions sliced
- ¼ cup fresh coriander chopped
- 1 table spoon Toasted sesame seeds to serve
- ½ lime cut into wedges, to serve
- Microgreens or more coriander to serve

Cook the black rice noodles based on the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and set aside.

In a small bowl, beat tamari together, rice vinegar, maple syrup, lime juice and pepper bows. Set aside.

Heat the avocado oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add sesame oil, chopped ginger and garlic. Sun for 30 seconds until it is fragrant.

Add the red pepper, peas, carrot and cabbage. Sales for 3-4 minutes until lightly tender but still crunchy.
