Ready in just 10 minutes, these salmon bites of the air fryer with chipotle honey sauce are perfect for salads or rice bowls. Smoky chipotti, sweet honey and a pinch of soy sauce create a simple but tasty marinade for these pieces of juicy and fiscal salmon which are perfect every time.

Cooking with a fryer was a great turning point for me, and these salmon bites of the fryer are a testimony.
Not only do things cook quickly (this recipe is literally ready from the beginning to the end in 10 minutes!), But it is also a healthier alternative to frying or pan (as in my salmon tacos) since you don’t need to use So much oil to get crunchy things.
They are covered with the most delicious honey sauce which is both used as a marinated and as a finishing sauce, and are perfect for a quick lunch or a job dinner when I have little time in bowls with a little lime rice of coriander, avocado and vegetables, or as a healthy meal with a high protein content with a little avocado salad or cucumber sauce to accompany it.
Ingredients you need

- Salmon: I used fresh salmon and cut it into 1 -inch cubes, but you can also use frozen and defrosted salmon. I chose to leave the skin on, but you could use the skin if you prefer.
- Chipotle Peppers in Adobo: Add a delicious layer of smoky flavor with a pinch of spice. Make sure to cut them finely so as not to have large pieces in your marinade.
- Honey: He adds a pinch of sweetness and viscosity that combines well with the chipotles.
- I’m Salsa: It adds an excellent salty flavor and sauce to the sauce. I used the soy sauce with reduced sodium as a healthier option.
- Oil: The coating uniformly of the salmon bites in the oil before the frying of the air helps them evenly. I used avocado oil, but you can use olive oil or even your favorite kitchen spray if you prefer.
- Kosher and black pepper salt as desired: Generously season the salmon bites with salt and pepper on all sides.

Suggestions for recipes
- Fresh or frozen, skin or skin. If you use frozen salmon, make sure it is completely thawed and dried before you marinate. You can use the salmon of the skin or skin, whatever you prefer.
- Work in lots. Depending on the size of the friggitrice in the air, it may be necessary to work in lots. Keep your extra -covered marinated salmon in the fridge during cooking.
- Prevent the attack. Caramelization from honey in marinade can sometimes cause a little viscosity in the fryer. You can easily prevent it by adding a lining, a parchment paper or an aluminum sheet on the bottom of the fryer basket.
- Make them more crunchy. Add further crunchiness and creak by rolling the salmon marinated in 1 cup of panko bread crane before the frying of the air.
- Don’t have honey? You can use Agave instead.
- Take a good air fryer! There are tons of them in stores, but This It is my favorite and I always use it. It is large, it is relatively silent compared to others that I have tried and is simple to use.
