Recipe of whole wheat puffs
I have already prepared a buttery recipe for the sheet of pastry here in this blog, but this has a lot of butter and made with Maida and it takes a long time to finish. I prepared a spicy vegetables using that and it is a perfect recipe. Many of you have tried it and they told me it also went well.
But I wanted to try a full version and also use oil instead of butter. One day I was thinking so deeply about this and a wonderful idea struck me. One evening I put that idea and proved to be quite good actually. I prepared a spicy egg and filled it inside the sheets and cooked it. I really liked it to the end. It may not be so shaky and buttery, but it had almost many layers and it was like a short pastry without butter. Try it and let me know how it goes for you.

Puffs is one of the most popular and loved Snack recipes in India. It is made with simple flour, butter and filling of choice. Even if it is tasty and compelling, it is not the best health food. So here is a recipe that you can try if you are looking for a healthy alternative.
This bite is made with wholemeal flour and uses a stratification technique that helps to create multiple layers. You can fill it with everything you prefer, I went with a spicy egg filling and turned out to be delicious.
