Not everyone will cut. Some will not be able to manage the heat. But for those who do it, the applause of friends and the satisfaction of difficult and enjoy the bold flavors is the whole prize they will need. These spicy mustard brats will make you run for more coal!

Prevent the screen from going to sleep
In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the onions and peppers and brown until it is soft, about 5 minutes. Mix the brown sugar and El Diablo Jalapeno Senpe. Mix the sauerkraut. Remove from the heat.
Create a sheet pocket using two heavy sheets and bend the edges together. Put the mix of Sauerkraut in the center and pinch the closed edges, leaving room for steam.
Preheated a medium-high grid. Puncture holes in the brats.
Arrange the brats on a pan on the hot grill. Add the package and grid of Sauerkraut, until the brats are cooked, about 20 minutes, launching once, a little more in the middle of the time to cook.
Serve on toasted sandwiches with kraut and extra -diablo jalapento mustard for quite courageous ones to try more heat.
