This recipe has been requested many times in my blog since last year. In the end I decided to do it this year and I did it a couple of days ago. It turned out to be so delicious and adored it to the end.

In reality I did it as a non -veg version, but you can easily make it vegetarian by jumping the part of the chicken alone. It still has a good flavor.

The Ramadan Nombu Kanji is a abundant porridge in healthy made with rice, moong from, vegetables, chicken or whipping, coconut milk and spices. Porridge is so tasty and has such a delicious flavor with a kind of sottaceto or pachadi. We usually have fun with this cucumber curry.

Traditionally this is served when fasting breaks. Since porridge or pappa have laughed, lentils, vegetables and meat, it is a nourishing meal alone.

Ramadan Nombu Kanji Ingredients

Raw rice – Traditionally it is made with raw rice or even broken rice which is known as porridge rice. But you can use any favorite rice.

Moong from – A handful of Moong from O Masor from adds consistency and proteins to the meal.

Onion – Chopped onions are added to the porridge that adds aroma and flavor.

Vegetables – You can use carrot, beans, peas in this porridge to make it more nutritious.

Chicken – I used the boneless chicken for this recipe that falls apart once cooked, you can use the Keema chicken or the chopped mutton.

Spices – The whole spices are added for the aroma.

Coconut – Coconut milk not only adds a cream consistency, but gives flavor to this porridge.

How to do Ramzan Nombu Kanji (gradual images)

If you want to do this Porridge | Kanji Vegetarian. Just jump the meat alone and double the vegetables used. Pressure cook for a whistle from 4 to 5 and turn off the flame.
