  • 8 ounces Fish pain, like ours Smoked salmon dip, Smoked trout dip OR Spicy clam dips
  • 12 Boxing fish cans in oil, such as light tuna or albacore, salmon or sardine
  • 6 ounces cheese cream
  • 46 Once of mixed cheeses, like 2-3 ounces of Cherdar cheese in Cube
  • 24 Boyed eggs, thinly sliced
  • 2 mini cucumbers, thin cut to round
  • 2 Ravanelli, cut ends and thin cuts
  • 1 Avocado, in slices thinly
  • 1 lemon, cut in 8 wedges
  • ½ cup Fresh fruit, such as grapes, berries or slices of apple
  • ¼ cup capers
  • Mini Bagel, crispy loaf, full -ski crane or seeds or bagel chips, to immerse yourself
  • Fresh herbs and condiments, such as fresh dill, chives, parsley or seasoning
  • Extra contour and condiments, such as olives, nuts or onions in brine

  1. Select a tray or cutting board large enough to contain all the ingredients.
  2. Put the dip in the small bowl. Open boxes of fish in open. Place the capers and any herbs/seasonings in small bowls. Put the bowls and boxes on board with space in the middle.
