It’s a snack, it’s a breakfast … we love them.
A few months ago I saw a video From Dini to prep and rally where he took a tortilla of almond flour and basically gave him the French toast treatment!
The Tortilla is immersed in the eggs with a little maple syrup (and milk, if you are) and fried in the pan in these small full golden records that remember a crack, but they are also a little French toast at the same time ?
They are French toast crepes!
Is it a bit ridiculous? YES! Hug it!

My girls love him for breakfast, and I too – but it was also a great success unexpectedly like a snack and an object for lunch! Once youast to the tortillas, just roll them up with jam and yogurt and keep them in the fridge for a grab! (No, it’s not a rolling of ham and cheese, it’s jam and yogurt – but never say never!)
These are ideal with a blueberry sauce or just a little frozen frozen fruit! I hope you love them – and thanks for the idea, Dini!
