Tips to prepare grilled mushrooms

One last thing before immersing yourself in this recipe! I compiled some suggestions to help you get the most out of your mushrooms! Take a look below!

  • Use the basket! A grilled basket I will give you a cook and a nice character on all sides. In addition, it is much easier than trying to launch single mushrooms or slide all the mushrooms on the skewers.
  • Time your marinade. The attempt to marinate mushrooms longer than the recipe actually requires more damage than benefits. The salt in the marinade will change the consistency of the mushrooms and will make them a little chewy and will not benefit from any added flavor.
  • The high temperatures are your friend. A hot grill means a nice character and creak on the edges of your mushrooms with tender centers.
  • Becomes creative. These mushrooms are quite good to be alone as an appetizer on rice or polenta or perfect topping or the side of a splendid grilled steak. Freast, buttery, with the perfect brightness of the balsamic. Thyme is the perfect compliment for the earthy mushrooms.

Memorizing leftovers

Mushrooms are better enjoyed fresh from the grill while they are still crunchy on the edges. If they remain grilled mushrooms, put them in a Gallon zip bag o Hermetic container and keep in the refrigerator. They will remain fresh and safe to eat more 1-2 days.
