  • Put ½ cup of chicken broth with coriander and cumin in the blender. Blend until well combined and set aside. Heat the butter at medium temperature in an average pot.
  • Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are soft for about 2 minutes.
  • Add the rice and mix well, add the coriander mixture and the rest of the broth and bring it to a boil.
  • Let the liquid reduce until it barely cover the rice, cover with a lid, reduce the low temperature and cook for about 20-25 minutes.
