  • To start the preparation of whole wheat ravioli with bread and recipe of creamy mushroom sauce, first prepares the dough for ravioli paste.

  • In a large bowl, add the flour and salt; Knead to prepare a soft dough by adding little water at a time.

  • Sprinkle the full ravioli with much more flour and keep it aside until you are ready to use it. You can refrigerate it and do it when you are ready with the sauce.

  • To prepare the mushroom sauce, heat the oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the garlic and mushrooms and brown over high heat until noticing that mushrooms begin to soften a little.

  • At this stage, add the milk, the Italian oats, the chilli flakes, the salt and herbs. Add water if necessary to adjust the consistency of the sauce.

  • Cook until you get a good impertinent consistency, something that is not too dense and not too cooked.

  • Once cooked, check the salt and condiments and turn off the fire.

  • When you are ready to serve the ravioli, lead to boiling a large pot of water. Add the ravioli paste and cook for 5-8 minutes.

  • You will notice the pieces of ravioli pasta that go up to the top. Once you notice that they get up to the top, let them boil for a few more minutes and remove them from the boiling water and place them on a greased tray.

  • To serve, spoon the sauce on a serving bowl or a plate, place the ravioli pasta cooked on the sauce. Add some pepper flakes.
