Warm Red Lentil Salad With Goat Cheese Recipe

  • To start preparing the hot red lentil salad with goat cheese recipe, take a bowl first and add the lentils. Wash it twice or three times and then filter the water.

  • Take a pressure cooker and add the washed lentils. Add the required water and a bay leaf. Close the pot and cook it with pressure until the lentils become tender but quite stops to hold back the shape.

  • While lentil is cooked, cut the vegetables and keep them aside.
