Start your day well with bacon and eggs on a plate. I will show you how to get perfectly crispy bacon and eggs cooked to order.

Use your plate for breakfast

Having a flat upper plant gives you so much versatility. Whether you are preparing fried rice, Questiadillas or scalded steak, there are so many possibilities.

One of my favorite ways to use the plate is for breakfast. There is only something special in waking up with a cup of coffee and going out before it becomes too hot and prepares a meal.

I always start with meat, usually bacon or sausage, because after cooking, I have with drips of meat that add so much exceptional flavor to the eggs.

When it comes to eggs, you can cook them to order them, just as if you work on a hot table.

Sunny side upwards? No problem, just close the lid or add a plate While cooking. Easier? Give them a quick reversal.

You can even cook the scrambled eggs. And when you throw them with bacon fat, they are so delicious.

Keep the plate on, if you want to cook brown hash and crispy pancakes.

  • Heat crushing: Heat the plate at 425f Gradi. If you use a Ninja Flexflame, set the function on roasted/cook and the temperature on 425f. If you use the stove, place the pan or pan on the stove over medium-high heat.

  • Bacon kitchen: Place the bacon on the preheated plate in a single layer. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Once he starts to brown, give him a reversal. Cook another 1-2 minutes for your desired crunchiness.

  • Drain: Assign a plate or a pan with paper towels. Transfer the bacon cooked to paper towels to download excess fat.

  • On medium: Cook for 3-4 minutes. Reversal. Cook for 1 minute.

  • Climbing: Break the eggs in a bowl. Season and whip vigorously. Pour on bacon fat. Cook 3-4 minutes, periodically launching with a spatula.

  • Bacon: You can use any type of bacon. I like the original Oscar Mayer, but I use any brand you like it. If you use the cut bacon often, add 2-3 minutes to the cooking time.

Warehouse

Store bacon and eggs remaining in separate hermetic containers in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. When you heat the eggs in the microwave, the yolks cook more.

The remaining bacon is excellent on the BLT sandwiches.

Frequent questions

Can you cook bacon and eggs at the same time?

YES. You can cook bacon and eggs at the same time, but you will have to add a sort of flat upper grid fat before adding the eggs. The butter or avocado oil works great.

Will you cook the eggs before the bacon or bacon before the eggs?

It is better to cook the bacon first, because you stay with dripping with bacon. Bacon fat helps so that the eggs will not stick and adds a great flavor.

If you have a lot of fat after cooking the bacon, you can use a scraper to push a little into the fat trap.

How do you prevent the bacon from attaching to the plate?

The pig is a very fatty meat, so it shouldn’t stay. However, if you come across that problem or if you are using turkey bacon, you should make sure your plate is properly seasoned.

To season it, rub a slight hand of Canola oil on the plate. Heats it and let it heat and cover the surface.
