Fish and vegetable rubbing recipes

My thin fish and vegetables combines flakes of dill, garlic and chilli pepper that add a punch of flavor and a pinch of heat to much more than simple seafood! This collection of recipes shows some of my favorites, but it is only the tip of the iceberg.

If you are looking for a delicious, unique and convenient way to enjoy the fruits of the sea, do not look for more grilled lobster beyond my plows. This is not your typical New England Sandwich, but trust me, once you try these smoky and buttering beauties hot from the grill, you will be hooked. I am super enthusiastic about sharing this fantastic recipe for grilled chicken salad. It is one of those dishes my family and I like it all the time. Loaded with tender barley pasta, fresh mozzarella and sweet cherry tomatoes, everything is linked to the rich pesto and a balsamic glaze. You can mix any type of protein you want or enjoy as it is. This time I included some coal grilled chicken breasts, but the beauty of this dish is its versatility.
