- Chocolate – Semi -sweet mini or regular chips
- Eggs – Ambient temperature

How to prepare cake/pastry flour
For each cup of flour of all purposes, remove two tablespoons and replace with two tablespoons of corn starch. Make sure to sift the flour and the corn starch together a couple of times, in this way it will certainly be combined and without lump. The cake flour in the cakes will give you a very tender consistency and a fine crumb, it will also help the cake to get up.
Why use the ingredients at room temperature?
When at room temperature, eggs, butter and other dairy ingredients -caseari form an emulsion that traps the air. During cooking in the oven, that trapped air expands and produces a soft baked in the oven. Then make sure to remove the ingredients from the fridge 45-60 minutes before cooking, first if you have a fresh house

What panel can I use for the cake?
I used a 9 1/2 -inch Bundt pan but you could also use a 9 -inch square pan or a pan. Two 8 -inch pans would also work.
What makes a cake fall?
- There are many reasons why a cake can fall, but the most common ones are, the oven temperature is off, you can always control it with an oven thermometer to verify it. Open the oven door too early.
- Once the batter has been mixed, it should be cooked, let a cake batter sit too long can cause the fall. The yeast powder or baking soda usually start behaving immediately and will last only for a very short period of time, so if the cake batter is left to raise before cooking, there is always the risk that the yeast powder or the soda have expired for some time when the cake enters the oven.
- Your yeast or soda dust has expired and is not active for a long time.
- The size of the pan may not be the correct size, sometimes using a bundt pan will help.

What is a cappuccino?
It is a hot drink made with Italian coffee and steam milk. It originated in Italy and is consumed in the morning usually for breakfast, but never during meals or in the evening.
This is a typical Italian cake that has no glaze or glaze but only a simple sprinkling of icing sugar. I like the addition of chocolate chips, but you could easily replace chopped walnuts if you prefer.

The cake must be stored in an airtight container or in a plate of covered cake. It will keep at room temperature for about 4-5 days. The cake can also be frozen. Wrap the plastic cooled cake and put in a safe bag or container. It will keep up to three months in the freezer.
