Cottage cheese – You can easily find the cottage in many shops, if you find it difficult to get a cheese cottage, making it at home is very easy. All you need is milk, vinegar or lemon juice, cream and salt.
Simple flour – A small amount of simple flour is added to prepare the pancake batter. You can use full flour instead on simple flour as a healthy alternative.
Sugar – I used a few tablespoons of sugar in the batter which does not add too much sweetness instead balances the creamy taste of cottage cheese.
Salt – The cottage has salt, so be sure to add a little at a time.
Egg – The egg is one of the important ingredients that makes the batter light and airy. It also makes the pancake crunchy and soft.
Baking powder – This recipe uses 2 teaspoons of powder cooking that may seem very much but makes it soft and soft.
Vanilla extract – I used a generous amount of pure vanilla extract to which it eliminates the smell of the egg.
Oil – This recipe uses extra oil to fry pancakes. The oil creates crunchy outdoor in the pancakes.

1) In a blender, add the cottage cheese. I’m using homemade cottage. You can also use the purchased shop.


2) Add eggs, sugar and vanilla extract.


3) Blend in a uniform mixture. It only takes a few seconds. This is your wet ingredients.

4) In a bowl, take the simple flour. You can also use full flour.

7) Mix well so that everything is uniformly mixed.


8) Now pour the mix of cottage cheese and gently mix the batter so that it enters a thick and airy pancake batter.


9) This is the pancake batter. The pancake batter can be kept in the refrigerator up to a day. Cook the pancakes before serving.

10) Heat a pan over medium heat. Pour the oil to fry the pancakes. Now use a scoop of ice cream to collect the batter.


11) Add each ball of batter to the pan leaving space to each other because they expand.


12) Fry over medium heat until it is light golden in the bottom which takes about 2 minutes.


13) Now gently turn the pancake and cook on the other side.


14) Cook the pancakes over medium heat until both sides are cooked.


Serve pancake
15) Take the cooked pancakes on a serving dish.


17) Serve hot pancakes with berries, fruit, icing sugar and syrup.
