To prepare the Awadhi Khaas Nihari recipe, slowly add the water to wheat flour first and make a tight dough. This dough must seal the ship. Once ready, keep it aside.
Heat the oil in a wok/ pan and add whole spices (green cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black cardamom and bay leaves.
Now add the meat and brown for 6-7 minutes.
Add salt and turmeric and mix well. Pour the water, cover the pan and cook.
When it comes to a boil, immediately add a ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red pepper and onion paste.
Now add well -mounted yogurt, rose water, garam masala, nutmeg and cinnamon in powder and saffron milk/water soaked.
Cover the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now transfer the mixture of meat prepared in a large lower ship/ handi ship.
Cover the lid and seal it with the grain dough and cook over low heat. This may take 1.5-2 hours.
Once the meat is cooked until it is tender, garnish with fresh coriander and ginger juliens.
Serve Awadhi Khaas Nihari hot recipe with roti wheel or naan garlic butter and rice.
