This delicious dive of cannoli was inspired by the classic Sicilian pastry, but we gave it a modern and vegan touch. Traditionally, the cannoli are made with a rich ricotta filling enclosed in a crunchy shell. However, we have transformed this dessert into a creamy and diving treatment which is perfect for sharing. To veganize the recipe, we exchanged ricotta for vegan cheese cream, which maintains rich and creamy consistency while keeping the dish without milk.
