How to make teriyaki salmon spaghetti
1. Prepare the sauce. Combine the tamari soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, sake and water together. Mix well and set aside.
2. Cook the tagliatelle. Bring a pan full of water to the boil and cook the rice spaghetti. Drain and rinse under cold water to prevent sticking and further cooking.
3. Cook the garlic. In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil and cook the garlic until fragrant.

4. Cook the vegetables. Add the onion and asparagus. Cook for about 2 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
5. Add the salmon. Add the salmon with the salt. Once the salmon is half cooked, drizzle with ⅓ of the sauce and continue cooking.

6. Add the tagliatelle and season. Add the cooked noodles, the rest of the sauce and the sesame oil. Mix gently using tongs or chopsticks. Adjust the flavor with salt and pepper if necessary.
7. Serve. Top with shallots and white sesame (optional).

Suggestions
- Dry the salmon well with absorbent paper after cutting it. This helps eliminate the fishy flavor in the dish.
- To avoid overcooking, work quickly once you add the cooked noodles. Make sure you have all the tools and seasonings you need right next to the stove!
