Bring your Smashburger game for breakfast with these Smashburgers sausage and cheese eggs. The crunchy meatballs of the sausage change the game.

What is a Smashburger for breakfast?
We all familiar with a classic Smashburger. It is there that it destroys a ground beef pie on a plate, so it is super thin. So, stack him with your favorite condiments on a sandwich.
Well, I had to think. Why can’t we do the same with the sausage for breakfast? And if we do it with the sausage for breakfast, then we can totally change the classic sandwiches of sausage, eggs and cheese in something much more exciting.
Instead of a boring lathe of sausage, this technique adds much more consistency because the sausage becomes beautiful and crunchy. And when you complete it with a fried egg and an American cheese, the taste is incredible.
You will need a plate or a pan for this recipe. And I also recommend using a file Smash Burger Press AND Plate spatula.
Heat crushing: Heat the plate at 425f Gradi. If you use Ninja Flexflame, use the roast/cooking function. Or heating a large pan or a plate on the medium-high heat stove.
Form: Divide the sausage into 8 pieces even. Roll in balls.
Destroy: Place the sausage balls on the plate. Use a weight to destroy them. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Once burned, use a spatula to turn them upside down. Cook another 1-2 minutes. Then, transfer to a pan.
Toast Muffins: Distribute the butter on the British muffins. Put the butter on the side of the plate and toast for about 30 seconds, until golden brown.
Fry the eggs: Add any remaining butter to the plate. Break the eggs on the butter. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook 1-2 minutes. Reversal. Add a slice of cheese on each egg. Cook another 1-2 minutes.
Assemble: Place a sausage pan on the bottom of the toasted English muffin. Add a fried egg, another layer of sausage and the top of the muffin.
If you like the heat, add a couple of Tabasco sauce sections to the sandwich.
