This is one of those meals that seem incredibly complicated but in reality it can be made in a pan in an intense week. The creamy gnocchi are comforting and thrown with fresh spinach before being seasoned with an easy and finished pork fillet in the oven! Dinner, like a professional with minimum cleaning.

Pork fillet is one of my secret weapons in the kitchen. (Almost as far as I love a recipe for fast week) is a quick cut that, as the name promises, prepares tender (if managed with respect) which can be made in a variety of dishes and recipes.
From the bonfire, to the burning or oven that roasted a pork fillet, it is an easy cut and I love showing people how to lean.

Pork fillet is not a pork loin.
