This simple recipe for sausage and vegetables is all cooked on a tray in the oven for a quick idea for dinner.
Prevent the screen from going to sleep
Preheat the oven to 425.
In a large pan, throw the broccoli, garlic, onion, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Scen out a little to spread everything evenly in a single layer.
