Use the remaining ham in this simple recipe with Cremy delicious gnocchi all in a pan.
Prevent the screen from going to sleep
Preheat the grid of your oven.
In a large pan of medium heat, melt the butter to cover the pan.
Add the onion and mushrooms and cook until softened, the mushrooms have lost the liquid and are golden by 8 to 10 minutes.
Add the ham and garlic and cook 30 seconds more, until it is fragrant.
Beat in the wine, scraping and golden pieces.
Mix the chicken broth and the gnocchi. Bring over low heat, cover and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until Gnocchi is tender.
Remove from the heat and mix the peas and cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the cheese above and put on the brown grid.
When the cheese is dissolved, remove from the oven and serve.
