Two secret ingredients!

Here is the scoop: I added a couple of secret ingredients (but totally not detectable) – Mayonese and Coconut Aminos – which will seriously go up to the level of your chicken game.

Mayo is not just for sandwiches; Help the chicken in the navy magnificently, the marinade clings to each juicy bite and adds the right touch of fat. In these days, I add a spoonful of mayonnaise every time I share the raw chicken, as highlighted in my popular pesto chicken recipe.

Coconut aminos brings that magical umami element and I promise that you will not have a coconut taste, only a deeper and richer flavor. Trust the trial, people!

  • Maseo Paleo: Don’t skip this ingredient! It will help keep the chicken juicy and help the marinade attach to chicken!
  • Aminos Coconut: It really adds a push of flavor, then don’t leave it out! When I prepared the chicken without coconut aminos, it still has a flavor ok, but the small spoonful of coconut aminos makes a big difference!
