Boneless chicken breast – Chicken breasts tend to dry out if overcooked, so they should be cooked quickly over high heat.

Corn starch – helps create a protective layer on the chicken which makes the flour coating crispier and absorbs moisture (from frying and the chicken), which also means a crispier coating.

Chatta Masala Powder – Chaat Masala has a distinct and easily identifiable flavour. It is a complex blend of tart, spicy, salty, spicy and sour flavors with a hint of sweetness. Adds a smoky flavor to the chicken.

Cashews – Fried cashews add a sweet but nutty flavor to the chicken.

Spice powders – chilli powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder are added.

Onions and peppers – stir-fried adds a sweet flavor to the dish.
