Usually, when I think of the hamburgers, my mind goes to the beef. Not this time. These juicy meatballs are the perfect combination of pork, turkey and apple brats to sink the teeth.

Here I am, staring at the dining table with nothing prepared. It is not only one thing that plays the bell or a craving to have. The inspiration was no part in sight. Fortunately for me, there was a little bit, and a little of this looking for a little love in the refrigerator. And from those waste, this epic apple burger recipe for two was born. I knew there was a reason why those brats were there.
Take some slaw. Let’s go.
