Easy to do: This sandwich is so simple and easy to prepare in less than 30 minutes. It can be done with basic ingredients and budgets available at home and does not require imaginative ingredients.

Ingredients

Blocks / Soy meals : This is the stellar ingredient and the base of the filling. It is one of the good sources of vegetarian protein. Other protein options such as tofu, bread, cheese, tempeh can be added or replaced.
