Sana Paneer salad

Basic ingredients used to prepare this healthy bread salad:

Fresh bread: This is the star of the salad. Paneer is rich in proteins and makes the dish enough to taste as a light meal. Choose a soft and fresh bread for the best consistency and taste.

Tomatoes: Use ripe and firm tomatoes. They bring juiciness and tangs that balance the wealth of bread. The tomatoes also add freshness and vibrant color to the salad. You can use the cherry tomato or normal tomatoes.

Lemon juice: A splash of lemon juice lifts the flavors, adds a refreshing flavor and helps to cut the creaminess of the bread. It also improves digestion.

Salt: This not only adds a unique salty flavor, but also helps with digestion. It is a common dressing in Indian salads and chat.

Black pepper powder: Add a thin kick without overwhelming the salad. It merges well with cumin and lemon.

Olive oil: I used olive oil for this recipe to make it healthier. If not available, you can use some vegetable oil or clarified butter.
