Ingredients for this recipe
This recipe was unable to become much simpler. The chances are good that most of these common ingredients already have. For any eventuality, however, here’s what you need:
- 1 gallon waterfall
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ cup Tabasco Salsa (or your favorite spicy sauce)
- ½ cup Kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons Hey grill hey sweet rubbing

How much time in Salario
Most of the recipes suggests to raise chicken overnight (about 8 hours), and this is also my recommendation. You can go up to 24 hours, but that 8-12 hours window is ideal. If you do not give your chicken enough for the brine, you will lose the taste and the tender effects. When you get the chicken for too long, it could start becoming soft. That’s why I recommend you flavor overnight.
How to prepare your chicken brine
Okay, you have learned all the details of the bling, and now it’s your turn. Follow these simple steps to create your brine directly at home:
- Make the salary. Add aa water Large freezer bagor a pot or a deep container. It works better with a sealing bag or container, but you can also cover the pot with a plastic casing. Then, add the brown sugar, the Tabasco sauce, the Kosher salt and my distinctive rubbing. Mix everything together with a whip Until the salt, sugar and rubbing it completely dissolve.
- Brine the chicken. Once the salary is ready, gently immerse the chicken completely in the brine with some safe gloves. Seal the bag (or cover the pot), then place it in the refrigerator.
