There is something in having a hamburger piled up with completely magical Slaw. These will not disappoint.

Oh Smack. This Carolina burger has been expected for some time. It is in the middle of the summer and I have not even burned my second propane tank. What does it give? I thought it would now be Burger-Palooza here and I would be so tired of shopping for the interesting sandwiches to photograph that I would have implored a cold disgusting climate to keep myself trapped in the closed and polish my skills with the old George Foreman.
This is not the case. We will change it. This is the girlfriend of Freakin Carnivore. We need at least one slide that the belt buckle has detonated the button on the pants hamburger per month. At least.
Sometimes, we could also have two.

To prepare the sauce: beat the ingredients of the mustard sauce in a small bowl together. Cover and refrigerate until it is ready for use. Bring to room temperature before using.
To prepare the Slaw: pulsates green onions, vinegar, water, chillies, mayonnaise and oil in a food processor or blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. In a large bowl, throw the cabbage and the red onion with seasoning. Fold in coriander. Season with salt and pepper if necessary (I always wait at least 1 hour after throwing the cabbage to add further seasoning). Let it arrive at room temperature for 15 minutes before using.
Preheat the grill over medium heat. Grata of clean grill and prepares.
Divide the beef into 4 equal portions. Press meatballs and using the thumb, make an indemnity in the center of each. Sprinkle freely with salt and pepper.
Cook the burgers, launching once 7-10 minutes, embarking with mustard sauce during the last minute of cooking.
Serve hamburgers on toasted sandwiches with additional sauce and a pile of Slaw.
