Find out how to prepare cupcakes with smoked maple bacon on the ninja flexflame with this easy recipe using the canned cake.

How to cook the cupcakes on a grill
Usually, when I want to cook on a grid, it takes some finesse because you have to set an indirect heat area. And often, you have to raise cakes and cupcakes over the grill so that the bottom does not burn.
With the Ninja Flexflame, however, cooking is super easy. Just set the grill on the setting of the roast oven and add the grilled pan.
Automatically set an indirect cooking area and it is not necessary to raise the pan. The cyclonic fan circulates the heat so that everything is cooked evenly.
You can even raise your baked goods with smoky flavor using wooden pellets during the cook.
Cook cupcakes
In a large bowl, add the ingredients of the cake. Mix until smooth. Assign a pan for cupcake with lining. Fill every 3/4 full.
Heat the Ninja Flexflame to roasted/cook. Set the temperature on 375f.*
Place the pan in the center of Flexflame. Close the lid and cook for 14 minutes. The peaks should be stopped in the touch and golden brown. Remove and let it cool.
Bacon
Place the plate on Flexflame. Set the function on roasted/cook the temperature at 425F. Let me preheat.
Put the bacon on the pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, launching once. Remove the bacon from the grill to cool. Save 2 tablespoons of drips. Cut the bacon into pieces.
Glaze
In a large bowl, beat the butter. Mix the icing sugar milk, bacon drips and maple syrup. Beat until smooth.
*To transform them into smoked cupcakes, add wooden balls to the hopper and press the wooden fire button before adding the grilled cupcakes.
