Ingredients for this recipe

  • Medium prawns – peeled and expelled
  • Leather -free chicken thighs – cut into pieces of the bite size
  • Sake (kitchen sake) or dry white wine
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic – chopped
  • Red onion – chopped
  • Cooked rice – Use cooked Japanese rice
  • Tamari are sauce
  • Sesame oil

Optional seasonings

  • White pepper
  • Roughly subtle slices

How to prepare the fried shrimp chicken rice

Step 1. Pat dries the prawns with paper towels. In a bowl, add the chicken, sake and salt in a bowl together by season.

Step 2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil. Cook the garlic and the red onion until it is fragrant.

Step 3. Add the chicken and cook 80% of the route. Then add the prawns and cook completely.

Step 4. Add the rice, the tamari soy sauce and the sesame oil. Mix fry until everything is well combined.

Step 5. Optional: Top with white pepper and shallot.
