The Sesame Ramen Noodles are a quick and tasty recipe made with fresh ginger, garlic and savory spicy sauce, perfect for a welcoming night!

  • Boil the Ramen noodles 3 minutes or simply until tender, drain them. Don’t cook too much.

  • While the noodles cook, beat the soy sauce, the sesame oil, the brown sugar, the pepper flakes, the water and the rice vinegar in a small bowl. Set aside.

  • In a 10-inch pan, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add ginger, garlic and white green onions. Cook until fragrant, 1-2 minutes.

  • Add the remaining sauce ingredients and ½ of the remaining green onions. Cook over low heat for 1 minute.

  • Mix the Ramen, cook 1-2 minutes or until it is heated. Top with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.

  • Vegetables are exceptional additions to this recipe. Just shake the cabbage or other favorite vegetables before adding the sauce.
  • The remaining proteins can be added to make this meal complete.
  • Ramen’s noodles can be replaced with an equal amount of any other thin noodle.
