Frozen S’Mores take all the flavors you love and transform them into a cold and refreshing pleasure that is perfect to enjoy a warm summer day!

If you have been here for a while, you know that I love all things.
There is only something in the combination of chocolate, Cracker Graham and Marshmallow that I never have enough, especially during the summer.
Whether it is immersing you, Brownies S’M’M’noes, S’MoMo s’m’mores or biscuits S’M’ores giants, I love everything.
But we had a heat wave here this week and I was craving Frozen desserts. I just want to sit in the air conditioning and eat something cold and refreshing. Zero heat involved.
The answer? Frozen S’Mores.

What are frozen s’mes?
S’M’Mores frozen take all the flavors that we love in traditional s’mes but transforms them into a frozen treatment similar to an ice cream sandwich.
I had the idea when I saw a coil Spread.the.grub On Instagram. Its version was a little different from what you see here, but the idea was blocked in my brain and did not go away.
So I took some of my favorite ingredients and I was able to work.
These frozen s’mes have cracker graham outside, two layers of chocolate and a mix of fresh whisk and marshmallow flour inside.
You can put them together in about 15 minutes. Let them set in the freezer for a few hours and are ready to cut and have fun – no bonfires requested.

How to do my frozen s’mes
This recipe is so easy to prepare and is a great way to involve your children in the kitchen. You will like to help you assemble these frozen s’mes and eat them later!
Ingredients you need
To make this recipe, you will need:
- About 20 complete sheets of Cracker Graham
- 1 (8 ounces) Frozen container mounted, defrosted
- 1 (7.5 Once) Jar Marshmallow Fluff
- 1 (11.5 ounce bag) Ghirardelli milk chocolate
- 1 teaspoon of shaky sea salt

You will need about 20 of the rectangle sheets complete with Cracker Graham for these s’mes. We will remain some of them on perforations when it inserts them into the pan, but we will start with 20 complete sheets.
Marshmallow Fluff and Marshmallow creams are interchangeable here, so use any brand you like best.
You don’t do it Have To use chocolate ghirardelli in these s’mes – which seems to be my favorite brand of chocolate chips. Use what you have at hand and you like it best!
Don’t skip the shaky sea salt here. He takes these s’mes frozen from Belli to great.
Make this recipe
This recipe is frozen love is made of a 9 × 13 -inch pan. Revalca the pan with parchment paper or lamina, leaving a protrusion so that you can easily lift the s’mes from the pan later.

Arrange half of the graham crackers on the bottom of the pan. You will have to break some of the cragkers along the perforation lines to make them adapt, as you can see in these photos.
In a large bowl, fold the mounted topping and the Marshmallow hands together until it is well combined. Put it aside.

Add the chocolate chips to a microwave bowl. Microwave with 50% power for 90 seconds, then mix well. Continue to microwave at a power of 50% with increases of 30 seconds, mixing after each one, until the chocolate is smooth.
Distribute half of the melted chocolate on the cracker graham layer. Sprinkle uniformly with sea salt.

Distribute the whole Marshmallow mixture at the top, followed by the rest of the melted chocolate. Top with the remaining Cracker Graham, breaking them again if necessary to adapt to the pan.
Cover the pan and freeze for at least 4 hours.
When you are ready to serve, lift the frozen s’mes on a cutting board and cuts in squares. Serve immediately.

Stiring suggestions
If you are doing these, you are frozen rated several days before planning to serve them, leave them in the pan. Cover with a layer of plastic casing pressed on the upper part of the S’Moles, then cover the heavy service sheet.
Once the S’MoS have frozen, you can cut them and wrap them individually. So you can take one every time you need a snack!
Slice the S’Mores in bars with a sharp knife. Wrap each bar frozen in a plastic wrapping, then put yourself in a zip freezer bag.
Keep in the freezer for a maximum of one month.

Recipe variations
Generally I make this recipe with a standard ladum of Marshmallow, fresh whisk, Cracker Graham with honey and milk chocolate chips. But there are many ways in which you can adjust the ingredients for dietary restrictions.
Feel free to use Gluten -free Cracker Graham, Marshmallow vegan cream, non -dairy mounted topping (such as the Cochip.
You can also exchange the graham honey cragkers with graham chocolate crackers for a little more chocolate flavor.
You could even season some salted caramel sauce over the layers of chocolate for a turning point with salty caramel!
Assign a 9 × 13 -inch baking tray with parchment paper or sheet. Leave a little extra protrusion on the short sides to help you remove the s’mes frozen from the pan.
Add the Graham crackers in a uniform layer in the lower part of the pan. You will have to break some along the perforations to adapt them correctly.
